Delivery & Refunds

How ordering works

Place your order on the website — no online payment is needed. You receive a confirmation email, and our team contacts you to confirm payment and delivery.

Digital books and PowerPoint slides

Digital resources are sent to you after your order and payment are confirmed. If you have trouble opening a file, contact us and we will help or send it again.

Printed books

We deliver printed books within Oman. Delivery time and any delivery fee are confirmed with you before your books are sent. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct so the courier can reach you.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is confirmed — simply reply to your confirmation email or message us.

Refunds and returns

• Digital resources: because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, they are not refundable, except where a file is faulty and we cannot fix or replace it.
• Printed books: if your book arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
