Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use this website and order resources from Medical Insight. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

When you place an order, you send us a request to buy the selected resources. We confirm every order personally by WhatsApp, phone or email. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and payment arrangements with you. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Omani Rials (OMR). No payment is taken on the website at this time — we agree the payment method with you when we confirm your order. Delivery fees for printed books, if any, are confirmed before delivery.

Digital resources licence

Digital books and PowerPoint presentations are licensed to you for personal educational use. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or publish them, in whole or in part, without our written permission. Institutional or classroom licences are available on request.

Printed books

Printed books are delivered within Oman to the address you provide. Please see Delivery & refunds for delivery, cancellation and return details.

Intellectual property

All content, designs, logos and materials on this website and in our resources belong to Medical Insight and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Educational purpose

Our resources are for education only and do not replace professional judgement, official guidelines or product information. Please read our educational disclaimer.

Liability

We take care to keep our content accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. You can sign in with email and password, Google or Apple.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
